There is a brief monthly business of the Society at these meetings but the formal work of the Society is conducted by the elected Committee which meets monthly prior to each general meeting. We welcome visitors to our meetings.

The Annual General Meeting is held in August of each year.
For members who cannot attend a meeting in Bendigo, there is a summary of the month's meeting activity and guest's talk in the society's newsletter ‘Marunari' which is distributed to members each month.
