Join us for a pleasant Sunday morning stroll on one or more of our series of walks for Keys of Gold Bendigo.
Over three weekends in July, inconjunction with teh Keys of Gold 2026 event, we will be hosting a series of history walks in Bendigo.

The gold mine on the first pound note
Sun, 12 Jul, 10am – 11am
During its 97 years of operation, the Victoria Hill mine yielded about $8bn worth of gold in today’s values and was the deepest mine in the world at 4,613 feet. The mine appeared on Australia’s first pound note printed in 1913.
Wear covered shoes, some steep terain and steps.
