Two wonderful activities over the weekend organized by the Bendigo Branch of the National Trust. On Saturday a large group of people joined a walking tour of the White Hills Botanic Gardens learning about the history of the Gardens and visiting the only remaining original section of the Bendigo Creek in Bendigo.
On Sunday another group enjoyed a tour of the shearing shed and stone cottages that remain on the original Ravenswood Run property. Theowner of the property and NT tour guides provided stories of the past and an understanding of past activities on the property.
