The wonders of mining at Victoria Hill Walks

“The wonders of mining at Victoria Hill “ led by Billy Allen with extensive knowledge of geology and mining history.. Meet at Victoria Hill (opposite the Goldmines Hotel).
Cost $10 ($5 members).

 

Creek Walk POSTPONED

POSTPONED

The Walking Tour of Bendigo Creek scheduled for Sunday October 23 at 10.00 a.m.  with Peter Cox (National Trust) has been postponed because of the predicted rain event over the weekend.

This event will be rescheduled in 2023.

Movie Night Fundraiser October 20

Bendigo Historical Society Movie Night FUNDRAISER

Thursday October 20 at Star Cinema at 7.00 p.m.

“THE LOST CITY OF MELBOURNE”  is a documentary that has just premiered at the Melbourne International Film festival and is being released in a small number of cinemas. The BHS event is now live on the Star Cinema website and tickets are for sale. Please book on line. Cost $22.00.

History House Now Open.

The BHS Collection has been relocated to History House at 11 Mackenzie Street Bendigo.

The new location is currently open to the public on Thursdays from 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.
