Events and Monthly Meetings Dates for 2022 are now available on this website.
Negotiations are ongoing to secure a new storage space for the collection with sufficient workspace for volunteers to continue cataloguing the Collection.
BHS is also trying to secure enough space to include Research services and a small exhibition space.
The BHS area at Nolan Street is now closed to allow volunteers to prepare the collection for relocation.
It is unlikely that a new storage space will be operating for the remainder of 2021.
BHS will not be accepting new donations until the Collection has been relocated and established in its new space.
Specimen Cottage is also closed and its future with the BHS is unsure.
Until the BHS is reestablished in a new location, communication with BHS will be via email or mail.
